Cara Schubbe is the Director of Operations for TPI Group, LLC, where she oversees day-to-day operations with a focus on sponsorship activation and engagement.
With more than a decade of experience in professional sports, Cara has built her career through key leadership roles, including Player Relations Manager for St. Louis CITY SC, Director of Operations for the National Independent Soccer Association, and Director of Operations for Saint Louis FC. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her strong organizational skills, relationship building, and expertise in logistics—helping teams and partners succeed both on and off the field.
Outside of her professional career, Cara enjoys life in St. Louis with her husband, son, and their pets.
